Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility

  • Unused items in original packaging (with tags) may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Defective or misdescribed items may be accepted beyond 7 days if reported promptly.

Return Process

  • We will arrange pickup and inspection.

Refund Terms

  • Refunds processed within 7 working days post-inspection.
  • Refund issued via original payment method.
  • Shipping costs refunded if return due to defect/misdescription; change-of-mind returns may incur postage deduction.

Exclusions

  • No returns for used, altered, damaged, or custom-made items (unless faulty).
  • Ensure tags and hygiene seals are intact.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations before dispatch are fully refunded promptly.

Escalation Rights

  • You may escalate issues via E‑Daakhil / E‑Jagriti, consumer forum, or reach out to our grievance officer.
  • Under consumer law, you may be entitled to compensation interest for delayed refunds.
